Strategically wise, Fouz knows the need for convenience of each clientele. They can visit the salon during their breaks or time off and relax and pamper themselves. Another aspect of the location that was important is that she wanted it to be in a mall because she felt that it was a more luxurious feel for customers when they visit.

By her innate creativity and design skills, she also partakes in the entire process of creating the salon’s interior design which she acknowledges that she has learned a lot from the experience together with the design and construction team. There were also some set-backs with choosing the right designer and finding a team that understood her vision and implemented exactly what she had in mind, which is why the whole process took nearly two years to complete. As for the atmosphere of the salon, she wanted to create a place that felt like her own home. She wanted it to have a cozy yet elegant feel and make her followers and customers feel like they are visitors in her home.
